บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลเชียงรากน้อย อำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ (2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามหลัก
ธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลเชียงรากน้อย อำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ประชาชนในพื้นที่เขต
เทศบาลตำบลเชียงรากน้อย อำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 10,214 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง
ถูกกำหนดโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้จำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 390 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า
t-Test และ F-Test รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และการทดสอบ
ความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Fisher’s Least Significant Difference (LSD) โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลเชียงรากน้อย อำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.85
สำหรับผลการพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) การเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลเชียงรากน้อย อำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา
โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และระดับรายได้ พบว่า โดยภาพรวม
ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05
