ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตบางกะปิ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตบางกะปิ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตบางกะปิ ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ บุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตบางกะปิ จำนวน 422 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตบางกะปิ ประกอบด้วย ข้าราชการ และลูกจ้าง จำนวน 200 คน โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
การทดสอบค่า T- test และ F - test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตบางกะปิ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน สามารถเรียงลำดับด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด
ไปต่ำสุดได้ดังนี้ ด้านความสำเร็จของงาน ( = 4.43) ด้านความก้าวหน้า ( = 4.25) ด้านลักษณะงาน( = 3.89) ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ( = 3.65) และด้านความรับผิดชอบ ( = 3.58) ตามลำดับ และ(2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตบางกะปิตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และประเภทบุคลากรที่ต่างกัน ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตบางกะปิต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05
