บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชน 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชน 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางภาพอนาคตที่พึงประสงค์ที่ตอบสนองต่อการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชน 4) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชนในยุคปัญญาประดิษฐ์ของโรงเรียนเทศบาล 5 เด่นห้า สำนักการศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย โดยใช้เครื่องมือที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งมีผลการศึกษา โดยสรุปดังนี้
1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสภาพการบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชนพบว่าทั้งปัจจัยภายใน และปัจจัยภายนอก ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานท้องถิ่นและความพร้อมของชุมชน ล้วนส่งผลต่อสภาพการบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชนทั้งสิ้น ภาพอนาคตที่พึงประสงค์ที่ตอบสนองต่อการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมมีตัวชี้วัดที่ดีสู่ความสำเร็จเน้นการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในการพัฒนาระบบสื่อสารระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน และการสร้างแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลสำหรับการมีส่วนร่วม 4. แนวทางการบริหารงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชนโดย ดำเนินการใน 5 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ชุมชน 2) การประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 3) การให้บริการชุมชนด้วยแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ 4) การได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากชุมชนผ่านเครือข่ายดิจิทัล และ 5) การเสริมบทบาทของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาโดยใช้ข้อมูลเชิงวิเคราะห์จาก AI
