ADMINISTRATION FOR COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGEMENT IN THE ERA OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLGENCE: A CASE STUDY OF MUNICIPAL SCHOOL 5 DEN HA, EDUCATION BUREAU, UNDER CHIANG RAI MUNICIPALITY

Abstract
This independent study aims to: examine the current state of community relations management; investigate the factors influencing community relations management; propose a desirable future scenario that aligns with effective management and development of community relations; and present strategic guidelines for managing community relations in the era of artificial intelligence at Tessaban 5 Den Ha School under the Office of Education, Chiang Rai Municipality. The research tools employed in the study included questionnaires and interviews. The key findings of the study are summarized as follows:
- The overall findings indicate that the community relations management is at
a high level. 2) The factors influencing the state of community relations management include both internal and external factors, as well as support from local agencies and the community’s readiness—all of which significantly impact the effectiveness of community relations management. 3) The desirable future vision for community relations management includes clear success indicators, with an emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance communication systems between schools and communities, and to establish digital platforms for participatory engagement. 4) The strategic guidelines for community relations management comprise five key areas: (1) Strengthening community relationships, (2) Public relations through digital technology, (3) Providing community services via online platforms, (4) Receiving support from the community through digital networks, and (5) Enhancing the role of the school board using AI-based data analytics.
