การบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ สำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในอำเภอเมืองปาน จังหวัดลำปาง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ (2) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ สำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในอำเภอเมืองปาน จังหวัดลำปาง การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) กลุ่มประชากรประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หรือครูผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทนผู้บริหาร ครูหัวหน้างานบริหารวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 106 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง (2) แบบสอบถาม (3) ประเด็นสำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) และ (4) แบบสอบถามเพื่อยืนยันความเหมาะสมของแนวทาง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- องค์ประกอบของการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก อำเภอเมืองปาน จังหวัดลำปาง ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) การวางแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (2) การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ (3) การพัฒนาศักยภาพครู และ (4) การจัดสื่อ นวัตกรรม และแหล่งเรียนรู้
- สภาพการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
- แนวทางการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผน จำนวน 5 แนวทาง ด้านการจัดการองค์การ จำนวน 6 แนวทาง ด้านการนำ จำนวน 5 แนวทาง และ ด้านการควบคุม จำนวน 4 แนวทาง
