A LEARNING MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION OF LEARNING LOSS RECOVERY FOR SMALL-SIZED SCHOOL IN MUANG PAN DISTRICT, LAMPANG PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aimed to: (1) study the components of learning management to address the problem of learning loss; (2) examine the current conditions of learning management to address learning loss; and (3) explore guidelines for learning management to solve the issue of learning loss in small-sized schools in Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province. This study employed a mixed methods research approach. The target population consisted of school administrators or acting administrators, academic affairs heads, and classroom teachers—a total of 106 individuals—selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included: (1) semi-structured interviews, (2) questionnaires, (3) focus group discussion topics, and (4) a questionnaire for validating the appropriateness of the proposed guidelines. Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis.
The findings were as follows:
- The components of learning management to address learning loss in small-
sized schools in Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province consisted of four key aspects: (1) learning management planning, (2) learning activity enhancement, (3) teacher capacity development, and (4) provision of instructional media, innovations, and learning resources.
- The overall condition of learning management was found to be at a high level.

Aforementioned problems were categorized into four areas: planning (5 guidelines), organizing (6 guidelines), leading (5 guidelines), and controlling (4 guidelines).
