ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในเขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่บึงกุ่ม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (2) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในพื้นที่เดียวกัน การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 189 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่เข้าร่วมการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะจงจำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในเขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากในทุกด้าน โดยจัดลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านสมรรถนะทางเทคโนโลยี, ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล, ด้านวิสัยทัศน์, ด้านความเป็นผู้นำดิจิทัล และด้านทักษะเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการบริหาร
- แนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในเขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วยแนวทางที่สำคัญ ดังนี้ (1) ผู้บริหารควรมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ชัดเจน มีความสามารถในการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ เปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรมีส่วนร่วม ส่งเสริมทักษะ และนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้เพื่อการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน (2) ควรพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยีให้ทันสมัยและปลอดภัย รวมถึงจัดหาอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยี ระบบคลาวด์ เสริมสร้างความมั่นคงทางไซเบอร์ และจัดอบรมบุคลากรเพื่อลดความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านเทคโนโลยี (3) ควรส่งเสริมทักษะด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากร และสนับสนุนการใช้ e-Learning และ Blended Learning ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม (4) ควรประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เช่น ระบบ ERP, MIS, AI, Data Analytics ในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการข้อมูล การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการสื่อสาร (5) ควรสร้างวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัลในองค์กร โดยการจัดหาเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม พัฒนาทักษะของครู ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ และพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานให้สามารถบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
