บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสหวิทยาเขตกลุ่มดอยกองมู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสหวิทยาเขตกลุ่มดอยกองมู จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 146 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ที่ 0.98 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา นำเสนอผลการวิจัยในลักษณะพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก แนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดังกล่าว ได้แก่ การสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์อย่างชัดเจน การสร้างแรงจูงใจ การยึดมั่นในหลักคุณธรรม การใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต การพัฒนาศักยภาพรายบุคคลผ่านการอบรมและการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม การเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกภาคส่วนมีส่วนร่วม รวมถึงการส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์และพัฒนาทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืนให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของศตวรรษที่ 21 อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
