THE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN THE 21ST CENTURY OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS WITHIN DOI KONG MU SCHOOL CONSORTIUM UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE MAE HONG SON

Abstract
This research aimed to study and propose strategies for developing 21st century transformational leadership among school administrators within the Doi Kong Mu School Network under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mae Hong Son. A mixed-methods research design was employed. The population and sample consisted of 146 school administrators and teachers within the network. Research instruments included a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.98 and a structured interview. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics: percentage, mean, and standard deviation; qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis and presented in descriptive form.
The findings revealed that the overall level of 21st-century transformational leadership among school administrators was high. Developmental guidelines included; clearly communicating the school vision, fostering motivation, upholding ethical principles, utilizing technology and innovation to enhance learning, promoting lifelong learning, developing individual potential through training and appropriate technological applications, encouraging stakeholder participation, and supporting creativity and digital literacy. These measures aim to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of school administration in alignment with the demands and context of the 21st century.
