บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และ 3) จัดทำและตรวจสอบข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอแม่แตง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 193 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่าโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์อยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ส่วนด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามสถานภาพด้านเพศ ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมไม่มีความแตกต่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) การจัดทำและตรวจสอบข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามลำดับความจำเป็นที่ต้องการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ทั้ง 5 ด้าน รวมจำนวน 25 แนวทาง
