Buddhist Morality in Administrating Department of Local Administration

Abstract

Great authorities must have Buddhist Morality or “Dhamma” in administrating the country. Four sublime
states of mind should be applied in any cases. Not only the chief executive but also officer should take this  principle. The organization will achieve the goal only if everybody all together cooperates. Therefore, Ministry of  Interior sets the standard for every bureau, division, subdivision and section to follow. As a result, everything runs smoothly. Authorities work efficiently towards the goal. People in communities behave well and be responsible
