THE RESULTS THE PROJECT AND RECOMMENDED TO DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND VISUAL EDUCATION OF TRAINING COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS A CASE STUDY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GROUP NAM PHONG DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY IN THE PROVINCE

Abstract

             The purposes of this research were to study the results of the project and recommended to development projects and visual education of training community volunteers. A Case Study of the members of the group Nam Phong district municipality in the province. By the quantitative research which samples from the community volunteers. The members of women's groups, community of 15 people, a total of 180 people used the questionnaire results, the implementation of the project on three issues: first an understanding of the project's second. process development work and three networking activities after the project. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, average, and standard deviation.
             The results showed that: 1. According to the study of project implementation, most respondents are agricultural workers, 69%, followed by trading 16% and government officials or government employees 13% respectively. However, when considering the experience of joining the training program most 58% have already received training, and 42% of participants have never participated in the training program. In this regard, the net evaluation of the overall project operation Was at a low level (x̅ = 2.84, S.D. = 0.33) and when considered in each aspect, it was found that at the hundredth level in all aspects, with The aspect of work process development was the highest mean (x̅ = 2.95, SD = 0.42), followed by networking (x̅ = 2.85, SD = 0.41) and project knowledge (x̅ = 2.82, SD = 0.41) respectively
