Leadership Learning Management and new age administration : A Case Study of Kordortor

Abstract

             The objectives of this study were to examine the results of learning management and to make the suggestions for improving learning management on leadership and modern management course provided at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5. This study focused on three aspects:1) the forms of learning management 2) the learning behaviors 3) the learning cognition.
            The result of the study found that, overall, the opinions toward learning management were at a high level with the means of 3.97. When considering each aspect, the highest means was the learning behaviors getting the high level with the mean of 4.00, followed by the learning cognition was at a high level with the means of 3.96, and the forms of learning management were at a high level with the means of 3.95, respectively.
             In regard to the study, the suggestions are 1) the appropriate forms of learning management benefit the trainees 2) the trainees’ sharing of the initiatives enhance the rational and practical ideas 3) increasing the class duration in order to gain more understanding in each course.
