The path of accomplishment (Iddhipada) application for the effective management of the organization

Abstract

The only of personnel ability was not enough to make the organization achieved if the people in the organization have no intention and willingness to work with ones’ ability.Therefore, the personnel performing is achieved the maximum performance achievement, Buddhism demonstrates the effective management principle. The organization practice can make an achievement happen according to the objectives set namely; the path of accomplishment (Iddhipada 4). This principle practice will lead to successful performance in the organization, and they are consisted with 1) Chanda (aspiration), 2) Viriya (perseverance), 3) Citta (dedication), and 4) Vimamsa (consideration).From the four path of accomplishment mentioned above, the people must be satisfied and attempted in caring of their work constantly with the careful considerationabout their work, then they will be successful.
