Abstract

The study collected data from the analysis of documents found that In the past, the government emphasized am importance to the agriculture department more than other types of cooperatives such as vehicle operation. This kind of cooperative has not been maintained or less cared. The government should take care of these cooperatives in all categories, because the members lack of understanding and awareness on the correct ideals and principles, and the cooperative lack of love, faith, and cooperatives’ owners without members’ developing to have a better life.
