The moving process the Filipino teachers in Thailand

Abstract

               This is an academic article that the author has presented. The moving process of the teacher labor in from the Philippines is very important to develop the country. Especially, Philippines is a potential country in terms of quality of labor in the field of higher education. It’s an important foundation for expanding in every aspect. Pushing the labors looking for works outside the country is gained in competitive advantage with Asian nations. Thailand is one of the target countries of the labors among the Filipino teachers. The Filipino teachers’ rate that works in Thailand has increased throughout the past. There was a higher rate during the year of 2009-2012. Since 2013, the rate of teacher moving has decreased because of Thailand political problems. However, the moving rate of the labors to Thailand, teaching is still interested for foreign teachers looking forward to work in Thailand.
