Abstract

  The purpose of this study is to compare the use of color words in songka Province during the Ming Dynasty. Thirty villagers of Zhuang Nationality in Nanning, Guangxi Province were interviewed by interview method. Three are divided into three groups: one is 55-65, one is 35-45 and three are 15-25. The number of basic eight words, including 1. Black /daem/ 2. White /hao/ 3. Yellow /lw:ang5/ 5. Green /Luo/ 6.  Blue /khra:m1/ 7. purple /sis/  8. Brown /song/  


  The results of this study show that people of different age groups use different basic color words in 55-65 years. In the past, it was considered a representative of a group, and the basic color used was 78.75 percent in 35-45 years. It is considered to be the representative of the current group, using 60% of the basic Chinese vocabulary for 15-25 years. It is considered a branch of the future, using five percent of the basic appellation terms. The purpose of this study is to study the important factors of phonetic changes in song and Ming languages. The results clearly reflect the changes of language. The future color of zhuangming dialect has been replaced by Putonghua, and the influence of Putonghua plays an important role in daily life.
