An Organ Development model in the Automotive Industry to Support of Artificial Intelligence Technology

Abstract
The proposes of this research were: to analyze the core element and sub-element in an organ development model in the automotive industry to support artificial intelligence technology, to make an organ development model in the automotive industry to support artificial intelligence technology, and to make the manual of an organ development model in the automotive industry to support artificial intelligence technology as the result of this research. The study was a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research tools for the qualitative study were in-depth interview of 10 managers and administrators from organs that are installing automation systems in the automotive industry, and focus group discussion of 13 experts. The qualitative data were analyzed and synthesis by mean of contents. The research tool for the quantitative study was questionnaire of 409 staffs from organs that are installing automation systems in the automotive industry. The quantitative data were analyzed by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) for the analysis of statistical data, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, factor analysis and 5 experts to evaluated the manual of an organ development model in the automotive industry to support artificial intelligence technology. The results of voted in the focus group for make the an organ development model in the automotive industry to support of artificial intelligence technology which includes 3 core-factors as follows : (1) Organ Management has 5 sub-factors : Management, Product Quality, Working System, Staff Management, and New Model, (2) Innovation Development has 2 sub-factors : Product Development, and Process Development, and (3) Change Management has 2 sub-factors : Process Change and Product Change. Based on the results of voted in focus group discussion, the instructional manual was developed and verified by the 5 experts for its appropriateness in application. The result of the evaluation the manual of an organ development model in the automotive industry to support artificial intelligence technology, It was concluded that it is highly probable that it can be used as an organ development model in the automotive industry to support artificial intelligence technology.
