THE STUDY THE FACTORS FOR INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT BY 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE OF STAFF IN PRIVATE COMPANY AT PATHUMTHANEE PROVINCE

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of determination in staff individual growth in private companies in the Pathumthanee Province, as well as the elements that contribute to staff individual development via the seven habits of highly effective staff. 385 employees of private companies in the industrial estate of Pathumthanee province participated in this quantitative study by answering a questionnaire. They were chosen proportionately by similar groups and the infinite population, and the Cochran formula was used to analyze descriptive statistics like frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The study's findings revealed that,
1.Respondents' overall perceptions of the seven traits of highly effective personswere at a high level ( = 4.21, S.D. =.62). After analyzing each habit, it was discovered that habit number seven, which involves constantly sharpening the saw, had the greatest value at the highest level (
= 4.54, S.D. = 0.74). The second habit was to start with a high-level aim in mind (
= 4.30, S.D. = 0.77). Habit 5: Understanding others before letting others understand you (
= 4.25, S.D. = 0.67), Habit 3: Doing essential things first (
= 4.19, S.D. = 0.77), Habit 1: Acting first (
= 4.07, S.D. = 0.75), and Habit 6: Uniting forces to unify differences, and Win-win thinking at a high level (Habit 4;
= 3.82, S.D. = 0.66), on the other hand, has the lowest average.
2.Overall, respondents' commitment to self-development was at its greatest level ( = 4.57, S.D. = 0.72 ). It was discovered that the respondents were the most content when all factors were taken into account. It is at the highest level of training (
= 4.71, S.D. = 0.79). Following at the top level was the learning aspect (
= 4.56, S.D. = 0.70), while the item with the lowest average was the educational element (
= 4.44, S.D. = 0.68), according to the sequence.
