THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN QUALITY OF LIFE AND OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF PERSONNEL IN BAN LUANG PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, NAN PROVINCE

Abstract
The primary goal of this study was to investigate the staff members' quality of life at the Ban Luang Provincial Administration Office in Nan Province. (2) Examine how well-functioning the Ban Luang Provincial Administration Office staff is. (3) Research the connection between employees' operational efficacy and quality of life at the Provincial Administration Office of Ban Luang. The study in question was quantitative. The study's population comprises 134 employees of the Provincial Administration Office of Ban Luang. Frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, and correlation coefficient analysis were the statistical methods employed for the data analysis.
The majority of the respondents, according to the research's findings, had less than a bachelor's degree, no more than two years of job experience, and an average monthly income of less than 15,000 baht. The staff members' standard of living is excellent. Personnel have a high degree of operational effectiveness. Every facet of life quality is correlated with employee performance, as seen by the link between the two variables. With a relationship level (r) of 0.89, the remuneration factor has the highest relationship level (followed by the working conditions component with a r of 0.85), while the advancement potential factor has the lowest.
