ASSESSMENT OF THE SERVICE IMPRESSIONS OF THAMAKA SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, THAMAKA DISTRICT, KANCHANABURI PROVINCE

Abstract
The study report in this article was quantitative and the research area was Thamaka Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thamaka District, Kanchanaburi Province. The sample consisted of 355 residents in the administrative organization Thamaka Subdistrict. Morgan and Krejcie's table were used to calculate the sample size. Questionnaires were used as study tools. Standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and mean were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study revealed that:
1.Overall, the Thamaka Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Thamaka District, Kanchanaburi Province, provided high-quality service impressions. Furthermore, a significant degree of consideration was discovered for each factor. The service staff and their expertise were the two factors with the greatest mean values, followed by the location's convenience, service quality, and information obtained from the service, which had the lowest average.
2.A comparison of the opinions of the Thamaka Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thamaka District, Kanchanaburi Province regarding the services, divided out by gender, age, education, occupation, and income, revealed that: 1) individuals of different genders had the same overall impression of the service provision; 2) individuals of different ages had different impressions of the overall service and each aspect; 3) individuals with different educations were impressed with the overall service and each aspect were not different; 4) individuals with different occupations had different opinions about the service; and 5) individuals with different incomes were impressed with the overall service provision was different.
