SERVICES PROVIDING EVALUATION OF THAKHAM SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, BANGPAKONG DISTRICT, CHACHOENGSAO PROVINCE

Abstract
This reaserch article used quantitative research methods. Thakham Subdistrict Municipality, Bangpakong District, Chachoengsao Province was the research area. According to Krejcie and Morgan's table, the sample consisted of 80 individuals who were above the age of 18 and resided in Thakham Subdistrict Municipality, Bang-pakong District, Chachoengsao Province. The questionnaire was the research instrument. The t-test, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used to analyse the data. The findings revealed that:
1.The overall level of service provision at Thakham Subdistrict Municipality, Bangpakong District, Chachoengsao Province was high ( = 4.18). Upon examining each aspect, it was discovered that the promotion of services (
= 4.26) was the most important, followed by personnel service (
= 4.17), facilities (
= 4.17), and process aspect (
= 4.16)
2.Service comparability Evaluation of Thakham Subdistrict Municipality, Bangpakong District, Chachoengsao Province was conducted, with categories taken into account such as gender, age, marital status, education level, occupation, and income. It was discovered that: 1) The process of providing services must be done quickly, accurately, and precisely; 2) The personnel must be friendly, articulate, knowledgeable, and able to solve problems and offer advice to clients; 3) The facilities must be suitable for the clients; and 4) The public should be informed about the procedures, methods, and duration of the services being provided.
