THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF GRADUATE DIPLOMA PROGRAM IN TEACHING PROFESSION NORTH BANGKOK UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The goals of this study include: 1) examine the learning management circumstances faced by students enrolled in North Bangkok University's graduate diploma programme for teaching. 2) Research the elements that enable learning management for students enrolled in North Bangkok University's Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession programme. A questionnaire will be used to gather data from 112 second-year students enrolled in North Bangkok University's Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession programme for the academic year 2022. Standard deviation and mean are two statistics that are employed.
The study's findings showed that:
1) Overall, student learning management conditions in North Bangkok University graduate diploma programme for teaching professions were at a high level. After taking into account every factor, the analysis revealed that the learning media component had the highest average, which was followed by instructors, learning techniques, learning measurement and evaluation, and school curriculum, in that sequence.
2) the elements that assist students in the Graduate Diploma Programme in Teaching Profession at North Bangkok University manage their learning are the learners' contextual features, the use of media to plan activities, the roles of teachers, the use of current, appropriate technology, and the assistance of administrators.
