BMA NET ZERO POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the implementation of BMA Net Zero Policy Implementation, (2) to study the problems and obstacles of BMA Net Zero Policy Implementation, and (3) to study the recommendations of BMA Net Zero Policy Implementation.
The research was qualitative. Key informants in this study included the executives and personnel involved in the implementation of BMA Net Zero Policy Implementation, totaling 25 people by a purposive selection. The research tools were a semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive summary.
The results found that
(1) The implementation of BMA Net Zero Policy Implementation consisted of the policy was clear. Equipment and tools were provided and various technologies, including adequate personnel and budget support, promotion of knowledge, cultivating awareness among personnel to minimize carbon dioxide emissions. But some personnel still do not understand and did not cooperate. Reducing carbon dioxide emissions were an issue of interest in economics, society, and politics.
(2) The problems and obstacles of BMA Net Zero Policy Implementation was found that personnel still lack understanding and awareness, lacked of cooperation from personnel and the public guidelines for implementing the policy, lack clarity, required a large budget and there was a shortage of personnel with specialized skills required for the job.
(3) The recommendations of BMA Net Zero Policy Implementation including creating knowledge and understanding for personnel. There were specialized experts to work on evaluating greenhouse gas emissions from various activities of the organization and creating projects or environmental activities in the community on an ongoing basis and create cooperation from all parties involved.
