THE COMPETENCY-BASED GRADUATE DIPLOMA PROGRAM IN TEACHING PROFESSION AT THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION, CHIANG MAI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract
This academic article's goal was to raise awareness of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University's competency-based graduate diploma program in teaching. This framework includes the foundational concepts of competency-based curriculum, professional competence of teachers according to standards of knowledge and professional experience in the teacher certification curriculum, and quality assurance systems at the certification level of professional teacher graduates towards enhancing students' competencies for effective application of teaching strategies in planning, designing, and assessing competency-based teaching and learning. By coordinating teaching and learning towards the development of sustainable knowledge, skills, and qualities, the curriculum changes attempt to build competencies at every level and produce competences that are consistent with the advancement of sustainable education.
