A STUDY OF LEARNING AND CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT FOR TEACHING PRACTICE EXPERIENCE OF THE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AT NORTH BANGKOK UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The goal of this study was to investigate learning management systems and professional experience training courses for students enrolled in North Bangkok University's Early Childhood Education Programmed. Administrators from educational institutions, 20 learners seeking professional teaching experience, 44 mentor teachers from different schools, 37 students seeking professional teaching experience, and 5 supervisor instructors from North Bangkok University comprised the sample group implemented in the study. 106 individuals were numbered using a purposeful random sample technique.
The study's findings showed that, overall, each component of the learning management system and professional experience training classes for North Bangkok University's early childhood education students' mean and standard deviation was at a high level ( = 4.32, SD = 0.16). When analyzing each aspect, psychology had the highest average (
= 4.46, SD = 0.13), instruction had the second-highest average (
= 4.36, SD = 0.15), and the lowest averages were the social and physical aspects, which had high levels (
= 4.20 ,SD=0.20) respectively.
