Abstract

The objectives of this research were study 1. to study the general conditions of human capital management, a case study SF Express Company 2. To study human capital management in China's logistics industry. The case study of SF Express Company is a qualitative research. A structured interview was used as a research tool. and there are informants The researcher selects a specific group of key informants (Purposive sampling) consisting of executives and employees of the organization. which were 15 people who were stakeholders in the work of SF Express Company, analyzed the data by analyzing and drawing conclusions.


The research results were as follows ; 1. the General condition of human capital management, case study of SF Express Company. In China's logistics industry Able to promote and develop and give importance to the development of human resources in training. Encourage employees to participate in academic studies and skills. The attitude of the employees is not positive. Although the company has a training program But unable to fully understand the needs of employees Therefore, training mechanisms have been improved to play a role in organizational developmente 2). Human capital management in China's logistics industry. Case study: SF Express Company should provide training and training content. interesting Training content is evaluated regularly. Create an incentive system Attract talented people and must learn knowledge and skills Human capital management continuously by creating a learning organization to achieve sustainable development of human capital.
