GUIDELINES FOR MANAGERIAL SUPPORTING OF DUAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION OF ADMINISTRATORS UNDER LAMPANG VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study examine the existing and preferred state of Dual Vocational Education management with in educational institutions associated with Lampang Vocational Education. 2) to find the guidelines for enhancing Dual Vocational Education management among school administrators affiliated with vocational education in Lampang province. A case study of the ideal and actual conditions is conducted using 254 employees of vocational education colleges and Seven experts made up the sample group that Lampang Vocational Education, Lampang evaluated for the appropriation of the development of dual vocational education of administrators. The instruments employed for data collection consisted of questionnaire regarding the current conditions that are often requested and presented in the Dual Vocational Education of Lampang Province Vocational Educational Institutions, group discussion points and group discussion recordings. The study included an analysis of the percentages, means, standard deviations,Priority needs Index and Content.
The findings of the study revealed the present and preferred circumstances pertaining to the shared management of vocational education in educational institutions associated with vocational education in Lampang province. In general, the present state is moderate, and the desired state is exceptionally high. The required needs index values for Leadership are first (PNI modified = 0.67) Controlling are second (PNI modified = 0.66) third in organizing (PNI modified = 0.65) and Planning was four (PNI modified = 0.62). The study on Guidelines for Managerial Supporting of Dual Vocational Education by administrators under Lampang Vocational Education yielded a total of 28approaches. These approaches were categorized as follows: 1) 7 planning approaches; 2) 6 organizing approaches; 3) 9 leading approaches; and 4) 6 controlling approaches.
