THE GUIDELINES FOR SCHOOL CURRICULUM ADMINISTRATION TO DEVELOP 21ST CENTURY SKILLS OF WAT MUENBUDDHA WITTAYA SCHOOL

Abstract
This research aims to investigate the current state of quality curriculum management in educational institutions and to identify the key factors influencing the quality of curriculum management at Wat Muen Phuttha Wittaya School. This study seeks to analyze the lessons learned from Wat Muen Phuttha Wittaya School to develop a framework for curriculum management that fosters the development of 21st-century skills in students. The research scope is limited to Wat Muen Phuttha Wittaya School in Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province. The study will explore the key external, internal, and hindering factors affecting curriculum management for the development of 21st-century skills among students at Wat Muen Phuttha Wittaya School. The sample size was determined using an online sample size calculator from Creative Research Systems at a 95% confidence level.
Research findings revealed that:
1.Students' academic achievement (in all 8 learning areas) was at a moderate level from the academic year 2563-2565, except for Health and Physical Education, which was at a very good level.
2.The results of the National O-NET exam from the academic year 2563-2565 showed that: 2.1) Grade 9 students had a moderate level of performance on the O-NET exam. 2.2) Grade 12 students had a satisfactory level of performance on the O-NET exam.
3.The results of the National Buddhist Education Test (B-NET) from academic years 2563-2565 revealed that: 3.1) Grade 9 students had an average score between 31.07 and 35.56 across the four subjects, with Pali scoring the highest. 3.2) Grade 12 students had an average score between 31.50 and 34.47 across the four subjects, with Pali scoring the highest
4.The study on the overall quality of curriculum management at Wat Muean Phuttha Wittaya School, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province: 4.1) Most respondents were male, aged 31-40, with a bachelor's degree, and 5-15 years of work experience. 4.2) Overall, the quality of the curriculum management process at Wat Muean Phuttha Wittaya School, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province is considered good. When examining each aspect, it was found that all areas are at a satisfactory level, except for the application of the school curriculum, which is at a good level. The area with the highest average is the application of the school curriculum, followed by the support for curriculum use, curriculum supervision, curriculum evaluation, and curriculum planning, respectively.
