Abstract

This research is intened to; 1) examine the perceptions of organizational culture, work motivation, and creativity among teachers at Liuzhou No.1 Vocational School, Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China, 2) investigate the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the creativity of teachers at Liuzhou No.1 Vocational School, Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China. The population of this study consists of 274 teachers from Liuzhou No.1 Vocational School. This research employs a survey methodology. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation, are utilized to analyze the data. Inferential statistics, specifically multiple regression analysis using the Enter method, are applied to examine the relationships among the variables.


          The study found that: 1) The level of motivation in work significantly influences the creativity of teachers at Liuzhou No.1 Vocational School, Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China, with motivation being rated as the most influential factor, followed by organizational culture, which is also rated at the highest level of importance. 2) The results of the multiple regression analysis using the Enter method revealed that organizational culture and work motivation significantly affect the creativity of teachers at Liuzhou No.1 Vocational School, Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China, at the 0.05 level of statistical significance. These factors can predict teacher creativity at Liuzhou No.1 Vocational School by 50.8%.
