PROMOTING WORK EFFICIENCY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL AT SANTISUK DISTRIC IN NAN PROVINCE BY BUDDHADHAMMA APPLICATION

Abstract
This study aims to: 1) examine the level of work efficiency among personnel in the administrative office of Santisuk District, Nan Province. 2) analyze the relationship between Buddhist principles and the work efficiency of these personnel. 3) propose strategies to enhance work efficiency by applying Buddhist principles.A mixed-method research approach was employed, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative study involved a sample of 114 participants, while the qualitative study was conducted through in-depth interviews with 10 key informants. Data were collected using structured interviews and analyzed through descriptive content analysis.
The research findings indicate that:
- The overall work efficiency of personnel in the administrative office of
Santisuk District, Nan Province, was at a high level.
- The relationship between the Four Paths of Accomplishment (Iddhipada)
and work efficiency was found to be significantly positive and strongly correlated.
- The application of Buddhist principles to enhance work efficiency revealed
the following: 1) Chanda: Establishing clear goals, methods, and operational guidelines within the organization. 2) Viriya: Structuring work processes in alignment with regulations, policies, key performance indicators, and organizational objectives to improve management efficiency. 3) Citta : Implementing systematic planning and step-by-step execution, ensuring a comprehensive overview of tasks and optimal resource allocation. 4) Vimamsa (Reflection): Encouraging continuous planning and evaluation by both administrators and personnel to ensure effective performance improvement.
