THE GUIDELINE OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE NEW NORMAL OF EXPANSION SCHOOLS UNDER CHIANGRAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract
This self-directed study aims to: 1) examine the level of learning management administration in the context of the New Normal lifestyle era within the Opportunity Expansion Schools under the jurisdiction of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; and
2) investigate the approaches to learning management administration in the New Normal lifestyle era within the Opportunity Expansion Schools under the jurisdiction of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The study sample consisted of 291 participants, including school administrators and teachers from Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample size was determined based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, and a multi-stage sampling technique was employed.
The research instruments included questionnaires and interview protocols regarding approaches to learning management administration in the New Normal lifestyle era. These instruments were validated for content validity with an Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) index ranging from 0.67 to 1.00, and the questionnaire demonstrated a reliability coefficient of 0.925. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, alongside qualitative content analysis to synthesize approaches to learning management administration within the context of the New Normal lifestyle era.
The findings revealed that:
- The management of learning in the new normal era at Opportunity Expansion
Schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 was found to be at a high level overall (̅x = 4.28, S.D. = 0.77).
- The approaches to learning management in the new normal era at Opportunity
Expansion Schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 consist of four main strategies: 1) Teacher development, 2) Teaching and learning management, 3) Evaluation, and 4) Curriculum administration.
