THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND CONSTRUCTIVE CULTURE IN THE CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract
This independent study was conducted with the following objectives: 1) to investigate the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3., 2) to explore the constructive organizational culture of schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 3) to examine the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the constructive organizational culture in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample group comprised 322 educational personnel, including school directors and teachers operating under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research instrument employed was a questionnaire utilizing a five-point Likert scale. The instrument demonstrated item-objective congruence (IOC) values ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and exhibited a reliability coefficient of 0.98. Data analysis was performed using statistical methods, including mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The findings revealed that:
- The results of the study revealed that the overall level of transformational
leadership exhibited by school administrators under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was high ( = 3.99, S.D. = 0.878). 2) The overall level of creative organizational culture within the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was also found to be high ( = 4.04, S.D. = 0.827). 3) The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and constructive organizational culture in schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was found to be significantly and positively correlated at a high level, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
