Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) examine the level of opinions regarding organizational culture, the working environment, compensation, and quality of life of non-commissioned officers of the 7th Infantry Regiment, Kawila Camp, Chiang Mai Province; and (2) investigate the factors related to organizational culture, the working environment, and compensation that affect the quality of life of non-commissioned officers of the 7th Infantry Regiment, Kawila Camp, Chiang Mai Province. The sample consisted of 278 non-commissioned officers of the 7th Infantry Regiment, Kawila Camp, Chiang Mai Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, and standard deviations, were used for data analysis. Inferential statistics were employed using multiple regression analysis with the Enter method.
The research findings revealed that: 1) the level of opinions regarding organizational culture affecting the quality of life of non-commissioned officers of the 7th Infantry Regiment, Kawila Camp, Chiang Mai Province, was at the highest level. This was followed by the working environment, which was also rated at the highest level, and compensation, which was rated at a high level, respectively. 2) The results of the multiple regression analysis using the Enter method indicated that organizational culture, the working environment, and compensation significantly affected the quality of life of non-commissioned officers of the 7th Infantry Regiment, Kawila Camp, Chiang Mai Province, at the .01 level of statistical significance.
