Administrative Skills of School Administrators Affecting to Teacher Competencies in the 21ST Century in Private Schools Under Nongbualamphu Provincial Education Office

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to : 1) to study of administrative skills of school administrators in private schools under nongbualamphu provincial education office 2) to investigate of teacher competencies in the 21st century in private schools under nongbualamphu provincial education office 3) to examine the relationship between the administrative skills of school administrators and teacher competencies in the 21st century in private schools under nongbualamphu provincial education office and 4) to study of administrative skills of school administrators affecting to teacher competencies in the 21st century in private schools under nongbualamphu provincial education office. The sample consisted of 209 school administrators and teachers. Data were collected from a 5 – rating scale questionnaire with index of item objective congruence (IOC) values between 0.80 – 1.00 and a reliability of 0.95. Using statistics to analyze the data frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Administrative skills of school administrators was at the high level. The competency of teachers in the 21st century was at a high level. The positive correlation was statistically significant at the 0.01 level and Administrative skills of school administrators in 3 aspects: human, technical and conceptual were able to jointly predict teacher competency in the 21st century with a statistical significance of 0.01 which all 3 variables could explain the variation in teacher competency in the 21st century at 56.0% the forecasting equation can be written as follows:
Y = 1.18 + 0.32X1 + 0.23X2 + 0.16X3 Z = = 0.36Zx1 + 0.30Zx2 + 0.21Zx3
