Abstract

Exercise regularly will help to keep the body healthy. But exercising while the body is not ready or has underlying disease may cause harm or may even die while exercising Therefore, in order to prepare and prevent the danger that may be caused by exercise while the body is not ready We should focus on assessing health readiness before exercise to screen for heart disease or symptoms of heart disease or other symptoms that may be harmful. The American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) has provided advice on assessing health and readiness for exercise in 3 steps as follows: 1. Health assessment and readiness before exercise. 2. Evaluate the symptoms of diseases that are at high risk for exercise. 3. Screening for cardiovascular disease risk factors.
