การพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานกลุ่มของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ในหน่วยพลเมืองดีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติ โดยการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ร่วมกับการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานกลุ่มของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ในหน่วยพลเมืองดีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติ โดยการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ร่วมกับการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือกลุ่มที่ศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา
ปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน ซึ่งเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้กับการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ ในหน่วยพลเมืองดีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติ เรื่อง การเป็นพลเมืองดีตามวิถีประชาธิปไตย จำนวน 5 แผน 2) แบบสำรวจปัญหาการทำงานกลุ่ม 3) แบบประเมินการทำงานกลุ่ม และ 4) แบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ การหาค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานกลุ่มของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ในหน่วยพลเมืองดีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติ โดยการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ร่วมกับการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือสามารถช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานกลุ่มของนักเรียน โดย นักเรียนมีพัฒนาการทักษะการทำงานกลุ่มระดับดีมาก เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 38.03 2) จำนวนนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาในการทำงานกลุ่มลดลงร้อยละ 22.64 3) การทำงานกลุ่มจะประสบความสำเร็จได้ถ้าสมาชิกในกลุ่มมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน ได้ทำงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ให้ความร่วมมือในการทำงาน ได้แสดงความคิดเห็นและยอมรับความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น
