รูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติและสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์หลักการ แนวคิด ทฤษฎี งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารหลักสูตรเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติและสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติและสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีความเป็นเลิศด้านการผลิตบัณฑิตที่เน้นการปฏิบัติ เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสังเคราะห์เอกสารและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติและสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมหรือ PRACTICE MODEL มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ
1) หลักการ การผลิตบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติและสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเป็นการเรียนรู้ผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงโดยการสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างหลักสูตรร่วมกับสถานประกอบการเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริงอย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างความรู้ด้วยตนเองและนำความรู้ที่ได้มาสร้างสรรค์ชิ้นงานหรือนวัตกรรมตามแนวคิดของทฤษฎี constructionism 2) วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติและสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม 3) ขั้นตอน
การบริหารหลักสูตร มี 8 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 เตรียมความพร้อม ขั้นที่ 2 พัฒนาและเสริมทักษะ ขั้นที่ 3 จัดการเรียนการสอน
ขั้นที่ 4 สร้างสรรค์ชิ้นงานหรือนวัตกรรม ขั้นที่ 5 สร้างทีม
ความร่วมมือ ขั้นที่ 6 ปรับปรุง ขั้นที่ 7 ร่วมสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม ขั้นที่ 8 แสดงผลงาน 4) การวัดและประเมินผล เป็นการประเมินแบบ 3 มิติ 5) ปัจจัยเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย 1) การสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันของทุกฝ่าย
2) ความร่วมมือในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมระหว่างสถานประกอบการและหลักสูตรเพื่อนำนวัตกรรมไปใช้ได้จริง
