The objectives of this research were to 1) analyze and synthesize the principles, concepts, theory, and research of the curriculum administration model for the graduate practitioner to create innovations and 2) develop the curriculum administration model for the graduate practitioner to create innovations. Target groups were educational institution administrators from some institutes. The research instrument consisted of the document analysis and synthesis form and structured interview form. Data analysis was content analysis. The result of the research was the curriculum administration model for the graduate practitioner to create innovations or PRACTICE MODEL which had 5 components were as follows: 1) Principles for producing graduate, practitioners to create innovation were for students to learn through to Work Based Education (WBE). Collaboration during the course with the establishment of the students to get hands-on practice. The students could construct knowledge by themselves and use the knowledge gained to create products or innovation (Constructionism), 2) Objectives to produce practical and innovative graduate practitioner, 3) The process of curriculum management for producing professional and innovative graduates (PRACTICE MODEL) consisting of 8 steps. Step 1 Prepare, Step 2 Reskill and Upskill, Step 3 Act, Step 4 Create, Step 5 Create a team Collaboration, Step 6 Improve, Step 7 Co-Create, and Step 8 Exhibit, 4) The Assessment was a 3-dimension assessment matrix and 5) Factors of success include: 1) Co-operation between the establishments, parents, teachers, and learners by creating understanding and cooperation of all parties, and 2) Cooperation in creating innovation between the establishment and the curriculum leading the innovation into practical application.
