สหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอลระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 2

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารและประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน 2) ศึกษาสหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอลระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และ 3) หาน้ำหนักความสำคัญคาโนนิคอลระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 จำนวน 400 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอล
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหาร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.18, S.D.=0.60) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ภาวะผู้นำ (
=4.32, S.D.=0.66) และประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
=4.18, S.D.=0.52) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครู (
=4.44, S.D.=0.39) 2) สหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอล ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมี 5 ฟังก์ชัน ซึ่งในฟังก์ชันที่ 1 มีความสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอลเท่ากับ 0.65 มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีความแปรปรวนร่วมกัน ร้อยละ 42.60 ส่วนฟังก์ชันที่ 2, 3, 4, และ 5 สัมพันธ์กันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และ 3) คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารทั้ง 6 ตัวแปรส่งผลซึ่งกันและกันกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน 4 ตัวแปร เมื่อพิจารณาค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญรายด้าน พบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหาร ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์มีค่าน้ำหนักมากที่สุด(.90) และประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้มีค่าน้ำหนักมากที่สุด (.85)
