ผลการใช้รูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติตามแนวคิดของเดวีส์ เรื่อง การแปรรูปอาหาร ที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและทักษะปฏิบัติของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการเรียน เรื่อง การแปรรูปอาหาร ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติตามแนวคิดของเดวีส์กับรูปแบบการสอนแบบปกติ
(2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะปฏิบัติการแปรรูปอาหารของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติตามแนวคิดของเดวีส์กับรูปแบบการสอนแบบปกติ และ
(3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามรูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติตามแนวคิดของ เดวีส์ เรื่อง การแปรรูปอาหาร
กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนบางลี่วิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 ที่เปิดสอนวิชาการงานอาชีพ เรื่อง การแปรรูปอาหาร จำนวน 2 ห้องเรียน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน มีจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมด 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน และแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ค่าเฉลี่ยของผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติตามแนวคิดของเดวีส์สูงกว่าการเรียนรู้แบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (2) ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนทักษะปฏิบัติกลุ่มที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติตามแนวคิดของเดวีส์สูงกว่าการเรียนรู้แบบปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อ
การจัดการเรียนการสอนตามรูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์อยู่ในระดับมาก
