ความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรีตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้อย่างทั่วถึง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรีตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้อย่างทั่วถึง 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรีตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้อย่างทั่วถึง ประชากร คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรี ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 236 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรีตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้อย่างทั่วถึง มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรีตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้อย่างทั่วถึง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรีตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้อย่างทั่วถึง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ผู้เรียนเป็นเจ้าของการเรียนรู้มีลำดับดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด รองลงมาคือการออกแบบหลักสูตรสำหรับผู้เรียนรายบุคคล และการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย
