Regulation learning skill is the important skill of learner in 21st century. There are many variations in 21st century specially in education and learning. Regulation learning is the process that related with individual factor: that comprised of behavior, thinking, motivation, and social factor. In the past, many educators and researchers gave focus to on only self- regulation learning skill of learner but in 21st century the regulation learning skill is amplified to co-regulation learning skill of learner. Co-regulation learning skill is the social factors that impact to learning development so the promoting regulation learning skill in 21st century should emphasize with self and co regulation learning skill.
