Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study comparison pre and post moral behavior of early childhood by using story-based and 2) study the effective ways to support moral behavior of early childhood in long term. The researcher used the secondary source of data that provided by Office of the Education Council, Ministry of Education, of which samples were 69 early childhood who study kindergarten of child development center in Ranong. Descriptive statistics, Dependent Sample t-test and Content analysis were used in analyzing and comparing quantitative data.

                The results of quantitative data provided that 1) the posttest moral behavior scores became higher than the pretest in all 3 categories (p<.001), Kindness scores increased the most , followed by self-control and self-reliance, respectively. Moreover, the analysis of in-depth interviews also provided that 2) have the 5 ways that teacher and guardian support moral behavior of early childhood in long term.
