Abstract

The purpose of this research was to 1) study the level of work performance with the Application of the Four Virtues with Infographic Media for Supporting Personnel for Administration of Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, 2) To provide guidance on the Application of the Four Virtues with Infographic Media for supporting personnel for Administration of Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University. The research
population were consisted of Administrative Officer, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University totally 35 people. The collecting data instrument used in this research was questionnaire and an experimental instrument was infographic media. Statistics used to analyze data in research were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation. The research founding that an overall of the Application of the Four Virtues with Infographic Media was Passion at the highest level. (μ = 4.07, σ = 0.48) and the least level of Investigation. (μ = 3.88, σ = 0.42) The suggestion from the research results had been suggested that 1) the organization should organize activities to support personnel to be mindful doing working, such as meditation practice or paper folding, arts, and crafts, to achieve good working performance, and 2) Personnel should have a way
to manage their own work by bringing mistakes in the work as a lesson, which should find new ways to improve work efficiency, such as the preparation of work manuals, with clear content and workflow respectively. This may be in the form of lectures such as Process flow chart or table of decision making processes and so on.
