Leisure time to Prepare The Way of Happiness in Elderly

This article present the way of using leisure time in order to prepare to become a happy elderly in the future through Leisure Education process. The process consist of awareness, the pursuit of suitable guideline, enhancing experiences through leisure resources and leisure skills development. The result each part of element has an influence on the development of the next element that enhances opportunity of pursuit a happy lifestyle as expected. Moreover, the leisure education process also identify factors that is constraint and interfere Elderly’s happy lifestyle. Causing the adult able to eliminate or prepare to cope with constraints effectively when their elderly arrive. Finally, able to spend their happy elderly life as a good human resource in aging society.
