The Study of Behaviors for Exercises of Physical Activity Student

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the exercise behaviors of Kasetsart University students who enrolled in physical activities course in 2016 and classified by gender, grade level, year. The sample were 400 students who enrolled in physical education courses were
divided into 237 male and 163 female students. The questionnaire was used to collect data. The data were analyzed by using the statistical program, and were analyzed according to the
objectives of the research. The results of the study showed that 400 samples were male, 59.25% male, 40.75% female, 19 years old, 41.25%, 45 kg, 11%, 161 cm, 10.75% Year 1, 56%, Faculty of Engineering, 23.75%, exercised an average of 1 to 2 times a week, 59.50%, exercise time was 15 - 30 minutes, 42.25%. Making physical formats but the most popular was running.
