Abstract

Learning Outcomes under TQF Standards through Lesson Study cooperate with 5 STEPs Learning Process

The purpose of this study was to compare student learning outcomes under TQF Standards through Lesson Study cooperate with 5 STEPs Learning process. The data were collected from 89 students of Hospitality Industry Faculty, Dusit Thani College, who were learning MS1301 Man and Environment cause, during the first semester of academic year 2015. The research instruments were lesson plans and a self - assessment. The results revealed that the learning outcomes under TQF Standards of high-, middle- and low-achieving students, who were learning the cause through Lesson Study cooperate with 5 STEPs Learning was higher than those before being done at the significant level of .05. The lowest gain of high- and middle-achieving students was the Standard 4.1.1 in Interpersonal Skills and Responsibility, whereas the lowest outcome gained by low-achieving students was 3.1.1 in Cognitive Skills. The highest gain of the three groups was 1.1.4 in Ethics and Moral.
