The Application of Computer to Change Learning and Teaching Ways in a Smart Classroom

This paper presents the potential of applying computer for learning and teaching in a smart classroom that would promote the better quality of learning. However, the efficient application leads to the change of learning ways of learners and teaching ways of teachers, including the application of best practices for success in learning and teaching by using computers as learning tools.
