Guidelines for Article ID (e-Location ID) and Citation Format

Guidelines for Article ID (e-Location ID) and Citation Format Starting from Vol. 6, No. 1 (January – June 2026) onwards, the Journal of International Chinese Language Teaching Journal (ICLTJ) , Krirk University has adopted the Article ID (e-Location ID) system to replace the traditional continuous page numbering, aligning with international digital publishing standards. Authors are requested to follow these guidelines: 1. Page Numbering and Article Formatting

  • Page Reset: The PDF file of each published article will start at Page 1 (e.g., Page 1 of 12). Page numbers will no longer run continuously across different articles within the same issue.
  • Article ID Generation: The system uses the 6-digit Submission ID automatically generated by the ThaiJO platform, prefixed with the letter 'e' (e.g., Submission ID 301245 becomes Article ID e301245).
  • Header & DOI: The editorial team will embed the Article ID and the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) into the article's header during the production phase. Authors do not need to add this manually to their initial manuscripts.
  1. Reference and Citation Style (APA 7th Edition) When citing articles published in ICLTJ under the new system, please replace the traditional page range with the Article ID as shown below:
  • English Format: Author, A. A. (Year). Title of the article. Journal of Social Sciences, Thai Research Foundation, Volume(Issue), Article eXXXXXX. doi.org
    • Example: Rakdee, S. (2026). Social impacts in the digital era. Journal of Social Sciences, Thai Research Foundation, 1(1), Article e301245. doi.org
  • Thai Format (for Thai references in the bibliography): ชื่อ-นามสกุลผู้นิพนธ์. (ปีพิมพ์). ชื่อบทความ. วารสารสังคมศาสตร์ มูลนิธิวิจัยไทย, ปีที่(ฉบับที่), Article eXXXXXX. doi.org
    • Example: สมชาย รักดี. (2569). ผลกระทบทางสังคมในยุคดิจิทัล. วารสารสังคมศาสตร์ มูลนิธิวิจัยไทย, 1(1), Article e301245. doi.org
